  • BlackRock’s Strategic Capital Solutions (SCS) group is responsible for developing, structuring, and executing strategic, multi-dimensional partnerships with insurers.
  • The SCS group’s primary activities are working with insurers, investment banks and advisors to develop, structure and execute strategic insurance partnerships, analyzing the investment merits of the partnerships, working with institutional investors on co-investing into such transactions alongside BlackRock, and collaborating with internal BlackRock teams.
  • The role requires a fundamental understanding of insurance business models and strategy, creativity, a solutions-orientation, and the ability to work and execute complex transactions across internal and external organizations.

Key Requirements
