The role directly supervises Sales Specialists and is responsible for developing and implementing a coordinated district business plan to achieve sales and business results.
Key responsibilities include managing, developing, and motivating assigned personnel, partnering with supporting functions, and providing direction and management oversight to Sales Specialists.
