The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse immediately to the Health and Wellness Director.

Salary
Base: $22.00-$23.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Shift differentials and overtime may be available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict HIPAA confidentiality compliance
Perform lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
Complete nursing reports and incident documentation
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Collaborate effectively with inter-departmental teams
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products required
Must be trained on specific care tasks before performing them
