  • Design for Manufacturing methodologies
  • Precision molding and plastic technologies
  • Process validation and statistical process control
  • Supplier technical point of contact
  • Metrology skills with calipers and vision systems
  • German and English language skills

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of FDA 21CFR820/821 and ISO 13485
  • Experience with SAP and Minitab

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
  • Minimum 5 years relevant engineering or quality experience
  • Experience with micron-level tolerances and high-performance materials
  • Proficiency in process validation including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
  • Experience with Gauge R&R and DOE studies
  • Good German and excellent English language skills
