  • Resolve 3-way match exceptions for high maintenance vendors and work directly with vendors or CTC departments to resolve systemic issues and improve the 3-way match success rate.
  • Provide project support as a Subject Matter Expert for Merch AP, including accurate current state process details and meaningful input for future state proposals.
