Key Requirements

  • PGY1: Doctor of Pharmacy degree
  • PGY1: Pharmacy Intern License issued by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy at the start of residency, OR Arkansas Pharmacist License - must obtain within 120 days from the start of residency
  • PGY2: Doctor of Pharmacy degree PLUS Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 program OR currently enrolled and completing an ASHP-accredited PGY1 program
  • PGY2: Pharmacist License issued by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy
