Employees must identify residents correctly before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and observing for skin breakdown or pressure areas to prevent bedsores.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant status required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs

Key Requirements
