Serve as the primary learning and development consultant for Corporate and HR, representing ULearn to the business units supported.
Partner closely with Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand organizational goals and recommend learning solutions.
Lead scoping sessions with leaders to identify business needs and recommend learning solutions, co-creating collective learning plans with business leaders and HR partners.
