Job Summary

  • The role proactively sources, engages, and nurtures candidates long-term, supporting both immediate and future hiring needs through early-career strategy, relationship building, and sustained candidate engagement.
  • This position serves as a dedicated sourcer for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Habilitation Technicians (HAB Techs) across both Behavioral Health and Habilitation practices.
