Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • HV substation primary design expertise
  • 11kV to 220kV system knowledge
  • MTM Accreditation Designer or Checker
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree
  • Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams

Nice-to-have

  • Chartered status CPEng RPEQ RPEV
  • Experience with DNSPs TNSPs utilities
  • 25kV AC Traction Systems experience
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Mentoring emerging engineering talent

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Washington Accord accredited)
  • MTM Accreditation (Designer/Checker) required
  • Proven experience delivering HV substation primary engineering
  • Desirable Chartered status (CPEng/RPEQ/RPEV)
