As a Floor Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, driving sales, leading training sessions, and ensuring operational excellence.
Your day-to-day will be spent on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass their goals while fostering a culture of passion and positivity.
You will manage cash handling, store opening/closing, maintain visuals and merchandising, and support policies and procedures to create an exceptional customer experience and a motivated staff.
