Vendor and subcontractor bid solicitation
Project schedule and logistics knowledge
Cost estimating and bid preparation

Strong Excel skills

Lean process knowledge
Mentorship and training abilities

Knowledge of MBE, WBE, SBA regulations

Key Requirements
5+ years estimating experience
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Willingness to travel overnight and work non-traditional hours
Experience with subcontractor prequalification
Knowledge of construction management means and methods
