Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid NYS Drivers’ License
  • CDL Class “C” or higher with passenger endorsement or CLP
  • NYS-DMV 19A qualified
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid DOT medical card
  • Ability to pull and push 250 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and bend to secure wheelchairs
