Job Summary
The Team Leader will provide day-to-day supervision and leadership on the shop floor, manage resources to add value to production operations whilst ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality and business systems.
The role will be the catalyst for improvement in the performance of the production lines and drive operational excellence in the areas under their control.
An ideal opportunity for an individual to experience leadership of a critical site operation, to develop and build their leadership skills, and build E2E understanding of product flow within supply chain.
