Job Summary

  • Support, maintain and upgrade Business Communications and IP telephony exchange for end users across three office locations.
  • Provide support for departments such as Treasury, Legal, and Internal Audit, including recording and playback requests.
  • Assist with Business Recovery activities, create technical documentation, and provide testing for new applications and technologies.
