Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to support a busy team with analysis and project management, working with social housing landlords on the strategic asset management of their homes.
The successful candidate will work closely with social landlords to help them to understand the performance of their social housing portfolio, assisting them in forming the strategic direction of their asset management function and taking action to improve homes for their residents.
The role is based in our affordable housing consultancy team of around 20 people, that primarily advises housing associations, local authorities and for-profit registered providers.
