Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s).
Perform HVAC Services and other trades as required, including plumbing and electrical, and maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, and air distribution systems.
