Job Summary

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s).
  • Perform HVAC Services and other trades as required, including plumbing and electrical, and maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, and air distribution systems.
