Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2-4 years experience in training or client education
  • Instructional design for complex platform workflows
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for clients
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Experience with LMS platforms like Docebo

  • Video content creation using Camtasia or Audiate
  • Baseline understanding of programmatic video ecosystem
