  • As a Team Lead Engineering Platform Success, you will ensure and support hardware, software and/or service delivery by setting focus, removing impediments, managing stakeholders, and creating efficiencies.
  • The Hosting and Infrastructure team provides mission-critical infrastructure, cloud hosting, connectivity, and technology products enabling digital product development across the Roche Enterprise.
  • The role focuses on developing engineering team capabilities, encouraging self-defined career journeys, and fostering healthy team dynamics at a sustainable pace.
