Base: $147,300 - $193,300 annually; Bonus: Eligible for competitive annual bonus program; Benefits: Extended health, dental, mental health plans, paid time off, savings matching, employee discount, fitness classes

6-10 years program management experience
Manage $5M-$10M+ financial portfolios
Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies
Track progress and manage changes in large scale programs
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or PMP certification preferred
