Current registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists Part A
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree required
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
Experience with MEDITECH system or CPOE
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-have
Hospital residency program or equivalent experience
Previous hospital unit dose and IV additive experience
Comfortable with advanced healthcare technology
Understanding of equity diversity and inclusion principles
Ability to direct and teach staff members
