Key Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Construction-Related Field
  • 3-8 years’ experience managing construction projects
  • experience in the healthcare industry
  • Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, or PMP preferred
  • Project Manager in Construction-Related Field
  • Construction Management or Arch, MEP, Civil Engineering concept preferred
  • Project Budgeting and Cost Estimating preferred
  • Knowledge of project management life cycles
  • Experience in a healthcare setting and understanding of healthcare safety and infection prevention protocols are preferred
