Job Summary
This role involves tuning, debugging, and adapting self-driving software in target vehicles and on customer sites to drive function behavior to maturity.
Candidates will integrate ADAS functions, implement algorithmic improvements, and drive the roll-out of software onto fleets across dozens of carlines.
The position requires onsite attendance in the Sindelfingen/Stuttgart area several times per week and flexibility to travel across Europe for testing.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
3 years experience in related industry
Proficiency in embedded systems and C/C++
Scripting language skills (Python, Bash)
Linux and QNX command line proficiency
Experience with autonomous vehicle stacks
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication and organization skills
Passion for working on cars and autonomous driving
Logical approach to problem solving
Soft skills for customer interaction
Willingness to travel around Europe
Key Requirements
