• The Nursing Supervisor (LPN) is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident-centered care, coordinating and monitoring the daily activities of the nursing staff.
• Essential duties include staff performance evaluations, scheduling, medical record documentation, completion of Resident Assessments, and participation in quality assurance and survey inspections.
