6+ years customer-facing delivery experience
2+ years leading delivery or CS teams
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
Experience with SSO setup and enterprise connectors
Proven record building delivery playbooks at scale

Cloud fluency in AWS Azure or GCP
Executive presence and clear communication skills
Analytical systems-thinking mindset
Willingness to obtain cloud certification within 90 days
Key Requirements
6+ years in enterprise SaaS delivery or consulting
2+ years managing delivery or customer success teams
