Salary
Base: $124,000.00 - $163,170.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Short-term incentive bonus and equity-based long-term program available; Benefits: 401(k), paid vacation/holidays, medical/dental/vision coverage

eCOA configuration and building experience
eCOA localization and translation management
Instrument licensing and copyright approval
Screenshot production and version control
Customer-facing stakeholder management
Team leadership in shared services domain

Familiarity with FDA PRO guidance standards
Experience with decentralized trial models
Knowledge of CDASH and CDISC data standards
Understanding of cross-cultural instrument adaptation
Key Requirements
