Base: $40.38 - $59.23 per hour; Bonus: Company bonus eligible based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, vacation, and wellness programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 years supervision experience
3 years maintenance craft experience
Lockout Tagout and Confined Spaces knowledge
cGMP and GDP compliance expertise
Emergency maintenance escalation management
Nice-to-have
Maximo CMMS experience preferred
FDA regulated industry background
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Team development and training capabilities
Flexibility for 24/7 operational support
Key Requirements
HS diploma/GED required
AAS in related curriculum or equivalent
2 years experience in supervision
3 years experience as Maintenance Craft or Technician
Authorized to work in the United States
