Key Requirements
Fluent German and English
Minimum 5 years employee relations experience
Degree or qualification in labor law or HR
Strong knowledge of German labor and social security law
Experience with investigations and mediation
Experience working with works councils
Knowledge of Austrian and Swiss labor laws preferred
