  • The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for the overall functions of the Office of Student Affairs & Admissions (SAA) in the School of Medicine & Health Sciences (SMHS).
  • Duties include providing high-level administrative and professional support, troubleshooting software issues, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating staff meetings, and assisting with student policy notifications and record keeping.
  • This role also involves planning and coordinating events, managing databases, and ensuring all aspects of events are implemented according to department and institutional policies and procedures.
