The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for the overall functions of the Office of Student Affairs & Admissions (SAA) in the School of Medicine & Health Sciences (SMHS).
Duties include providing high-level administrative and professional support, troubleshooting software issues, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating staff meetings, and assisting with student policy notifications and record keeping.
This role also involves planning and coordinating events, managing databases, and ensuring all aspects of events are implemented according to department and institutional policies and procedures.
