Job Summary
The Franchise Growth & Enablement team supports sustainable growth of the Mastercard ecosystem by managing customer onboarding, lifecycle activities, and ecosystem governance.
The Manager role in LAC will be focused on the management and oversight of Acquirers and high Risk Merchants, ensuring appropriate registration, licensing, and ongoing compliance with Mastercard standards and local requirements.
This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to support effective ecosystem participation, enable scale, and maintain a well governed and transparent Franchise environment.
