Job Summary

  • The Meeting Services Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end meeting process preparation for congress meeting & sponsorship from meeting creation to closure.
  • Primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, supporting end to end operational execution for global meeting and congress services within agreed SLA.
  • Work closely with stakeholders: Business Unit, Travel, Meetings, Card & Fleet (TMC&F) Regional leads and Process Excellence, Finance partners and other stakeholders in support of the global meeting and congress financial process.
