Key Requirements

  • Level II: Four years of professional experience in specific fields (Medical Technologist, Medical Practitioner, Nursing, Social Worker)

  • Valid Oklahoma professional license as applicable
  • Must successfully complete training and certification for Nursing Facilities within one year of hire
