Job Summary
The Senior Director, HR Service Delivery provides strategic HR Business Partner leadership and support to our Global Business Services (GBS) organization, orchestrating the integrated delivery of HR support through COEs, Associate Service Centers, and corporate HR functions.
Responsibilities include leading the Global Business Services (GBS) Hire to Retire (H2R) team, managing tier 1 customer support, data operations in Workday, HR COE operational support, and delivery of payroll and timekeeping operations via an outsourced arrangement with ADP.
The role requires a strong understanding of the business, experience in process optimization and improvement, managing global service providers, and the ability to deal with ambiguity in a matrix organization.
