Job Summary

  • Responsibilities include leading the Global Business Services (GBS) Hire to Retire (H2R) team, managing tier 1 customer support, data operations in Workday, HR COE operational support, and delivery of payroll and timekeeping operations via an outsourced arrangement with ADP.
  • The role requires a strong understanding of the business, experience in process optimization and improvement, managing global service providers, and the ability to deal with ambiguity in a matrix organization.
