  • Leads and supports continuous improvement efforts that encourage innovative solutions to advance Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) execution and address constraints with effective solution paths.

Key Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in NDI or NDT
  • More than 3 years of stakeholder relationship experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • NDT Level II / III certification
  • More than 3 years managing in Quality/Engineering/Manufacturing
  • More than 5 years of NDT/NDI experience
  • Familiarity with NAS410
  • More than 1 year of quality auditing experience
  • Project leadership experience
  • Knowledge of Quality and Lean processes
