Job Summary

  • The Ads Agent Fabric team’s mission is to deliver a common infrastructure supporting all advertising-aware model-based applications (i.e., agents) and accelerate development of agentic applications for our advertisers.
  • As the SDM on the Agent Fabric team, you will lead a team of engineers in the design and delivery of critical infrastructure components that enable Amazon Ads to build and deploy AI agents at scale.
  • You will need strong system design skills, ability to hire and develop a team of engineers, define technical strategy, and capability to influence senior stakeholders on architecture decisions and roadmap planning.
