Job Summary

  • Provide advice and counsel on global employment law issues including hiring, performance management, discipline, terminations, leave and accommodations, federal/state/local law compliance, restrictive covenants, pay and benefits.
  • Counsel People Team, management and supervisors on handling employee relations matters, including employee conflict and discipline issues, and lead or provide advice and support on internal investigations.
  • Defend employment-related claims, including supervising outside counsel in litigation, responding to administrative claims and settlement demands, and negotiating resolution of claims.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Juris Doctorate degree
  • Current member in good standing of a State Bar
  • 4 or more years of relevant experience with a JD
  • Corporate employment law experience
