Familiarity with ArcGIS, MapInfo, or QGIS
Understanding financial and programme constraints
Self-motivated with ownership of workload
Degree or Masters in related discipline (desirable)
Proven track record in hydraulic network modelling (desirable)
Working towards Chartership (desirable)
Experience with mentoring or managing staff (desirable)
