This position requires strong problem-solving skills to address facility issues and patron concerns promptly and effectively.
Hands-on experience with customer service, opportunity to work during breaks or summer sessions, and resume-building experience in a professional campus environment are advantages of this job.

Key Requirements
Work a minimum of 10-12 hours per week
Availability for at least one open or one close per week
Willing to cover or trade shifts
Ability to recognize and identify unruly patrons or unsafe behaviors
Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends
CPR/First Aid/AED certification at hire is preferred
