  • Accurately answer policy-related questions about high-end medical insurance plans, policy changes, and claims, and provide optimal solutions to customers according to company standards, improving the resolution rate per call.
  • Actively cooperate with the execution of new policies and complete other tasks assigned by department leaders according to the development of company and department business.
