Job Summary

  • Responsible for end-to-end accounting, reporting, and controls over incentive compensation programs and related common equity activity.
  • Partners closely with Global Compensation, Payroll, Tax, Corporate FP&A, and Controllership to ensure accurate US GAAP reporting and strong internal controls.
  • This role is categorized as hybrid, with the expectation to report to Global HQ Detroit, Mi three times per week, at minimum.
