The position of Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Property Manager and is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property.

Key Requirements
valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
proof of automobile insurance coverage
EPA certification preferred
Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances
Ability to lift heavy objects
Willing to work on-call hours and on weekends
Willing to travel for training and education seminars
