Job Summary
Manage end-to-end operations of assigned distributors in the SOCCSKSARGEN region, ensuring achievement of sales targets, volume objectives, coverage goals, and KPIs.
Drive numeric & weighted distribution in GT, WS, and emerging MT accounts, ensuring availability, pricing compliance, and promo execution.
Train distributor sales teams on selling skills and product knowledge, and support recruitment and performance monitoring of sales personnel.

Key Requirements
