Job Summary

• The Total Loss Adjuster will handle first and third party total loss claims for all vehicle types including private passenger autos, trailers, RV’s, motorcycles, boats, farm equipment, construction equipment, commercial vehicles and commercial trucking.
• The role requires compassionate communication and persuasive negotiation to ensure a positive customer experience while complying with state regulations and company best practices.
• The position involves working closely with appraisers, vendors, and lien holders to ensure accurate evaluations, timely claim resolution, and proper documentation.
