McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400; Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 7 Years of Project Management or Program Management experience
  • At least 5 years of experience leading projects across cross-functional teams
  • Master’s Degree
  • 8+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams on IT projects
  • 1+ years of Agile methodology experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
