Must-have

  • Active transferable US government Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility
  • Manage cost schedule and execution for technical projects
  • Lead development of proposal costing efforts
  • Mentor team leaders and engineers within the program

  • Experience with software development deployment and test
  • Earned Value Certification preferred

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in STEM field
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for clearance
  • Experience leading or contributing to proposals such as creating BOEs
