The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the shift.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Experience with lifting and moving residents

Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant credential
