Industrial maintenance environment experience
Use of measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
Perform pump alignment and vibration checks
Operate hand tools and shop tools
Use of CMMS software
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
Willingness to take maintenance callouts
Nice-to-have
Engagement and eagerness to learn
Safety-first culture mindset
Experience with forklifts and man lifts
Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated areas
Experience in a Lean Environment
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment
Experience with welding and rigging
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years Millwright experience in industrial maintenance
1 year experience with electrical and mechanical systems
1 year experience with electronic and PLC applications
Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds
NCCR/Millwright Certification preferred
Must be able to work overtime including callouts, weekends, holidays
