Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
PLC and Servo controls programming
High-speed production environment maintenance
Project and contractor management
Industrial maintenance tools and procedures
Nice-to-have
Lean manufacturing environment experience
Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and JDE
Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated places
Experience with continuous process improvement
Ability to work night shift and high-pressure environments
Key Requirements
3 years maintenance technician experience in high-speed production
3 years electronic and PLC industrial experience
1 year project and contractor management experience
