  • Continuously analyze current production & logistic state and recommend changes in process flow, operating procedures and equipment to optimize and maximize production efficiency.
  • Demonstrate good coaching skills to drive production & logistic team to meet operation KPIs (SQDCME) and lead the performance management activities to enforce continuous improvement culture.
