Must-have

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Manufacturing Readiness Assessments
  • Proficiency in Siemens NX/CPLM tools
  • Knowledge of Bill of Materials creation

Nice-to-have

  • Experience deploying solutions to the field
  • Prior work on military ICBM programs
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing practices
  • Previous EMD project experience
  • Designing specialty tooling for field installations
